Dayna brings to Seaview Manor 12 years experience in the Human Resource field. Dayna graduated from CBU in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree followed by her Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management from NSCC in 2006. From there she worked various roles in the airline industry and the Federal Government.
During this time, Dayna has gained experience in all areas of Human Resources. Her current portfolio at Seaview Manor includes Payroll, Recruitment, Workforce Management/Time and Attendance, Labour Relations, and all related areas of Human Resources. Dayna always demonstrates a fair approach with a focus on doing what’s right for the organization, staff, and residents of Seaview Manor.
