Seaview Manor Resident Council & Family Council are a separate forums operated by and for our residents and their family members. The forums provide an opportunity for our residents and their loved ones to share ideas, dialogue and decision making. Communal living in a nursing home is a partnership of cooperation, communication and companionship among our residents, their loved ones and our staff. In partnership with our staff, we want to ensure all of our residents rights are being honored and balanced in day to day life, creating a community home in which they can enjoy living, their families and loved ones can enjoy visiting and our employees can enjoy working.
