Seaview Manor supports need for increased staff and wages

Seaview Manor would like to acknowledge  CUPE’s Day of Action, being held across the province on November 30th. This demonstration is a reminder of the collaborative advocacy taking place in the LTC sector for increased staff , better wages and compensation that reflect the real value of our workforce.

CUPE members from our home, along with other locals at LTC facilities, will be providing information picketing at local MLA offices and in public gathering sites.

We would like to thank our staff for their strong advocacy role and for their professionalism in ensuring that resident care will not be impacted by their action.

We applaud their efforts for any positive gains that are realized as a result of their action.
