Michelle graduated from Saint Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a certificate in Human Resource Management in May 2017. Afterwards, she decided she wanted to specialize in Human Resources, so she attended Nova Scotia Community College, where she graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management in June 2019. While attending NSCC, Michelle completed her 5-week work term placement at Seaview Manor as an HR Intern before joining the management team as the Workforce Management Coordinator.

In her free time, Michelle assists in coaching figure skating at the New Waterford Skating Club. She also does scenic photography and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing.
