Janet Chenhall

Janet is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Seaview Manor’s Finance and Support Service portfolios.  Janet strives to create a culture of accountability, financial sustainability, and operational efficiency. Using a Person Centered model, along with a collaborative approach, Janet plays a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategies, supports, and work processes.

Over the course of her career, Janet has maintained a working environment characterized by interdepartmental collaboration, accountability and quality.  Her academic achievements include: a Diploma in Negotiating Tactics, Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Information Technology, A Bachelor of Arts Degree from Cape Breton University, and Certification in Long Term Care Management from CHA.
